All orders purchased on www.akuabamarket.com are entitled to a 30 day return policy IF tags are attached and the product is in unused/unworn condition. Any use of 10 minutes is considered worn. We accept returns for store credit for all products on our website.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. All non-waist trainer products are final sale. Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery (where delivery means the product has been delivered to the address you indicated during purchase whether received by you or to any person/place instructed by you) to the delivery person. See product condition requirements for returns. There is no warranty on any of our products. How long our waist trainers and other products will last differs from person to person and greatly depends on usage and care.
Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage-related to the exchange of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a reliable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange thereof.
Requirements for exchanges
Returns of waist trainers are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse by our warehouse personnel. If products condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:
- All tags attached
- No smells other than natural product odours
- No animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
- Original packaging
- Within 30 days of the original purchase date

- Mail the item to us and our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure perfect condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
- If the item adheres to our exchange policy, we will confirm to you in an email and follow up with the necessary action.
For health and safety reasons, products in the underwear category such as panties, boxers, sexy lingerie and certain swimsuits will not be accepted. We will notify you about that when you contact us about your intention to return or exchange a particular product.
